Social Media

The recent strong push for diversity recruiting has led to many firms using anonymous resume screening and blind interviewing, in order to avoid unconscious bias. While this is fine for the preliminary stages of CV reviewing, many clients now request an automatic screening of an applicant’s social media profile before they are invited for interview, and, for this, a name is required.
